Contact data — name, email address and message content — when you write to us via the contact form or by email.

Registration data — participant name, date of birth and playing level, plus guardian name, email address and phone number, when you express interest in a camp. The request is saved in the organizer's secure register.

Payment data — when paying by bank transfer, this is processed by the bank and, once online payment is launched, by the payment operator; we do not store card numbers or authentication data.

Organizing the camps and events you take part in — necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Responding to inquiries — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fulfilling accounting and tax obligations — a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Partners running individual events — including Carlos Alcaraz Academy and the venues where camps take place — to the extent necessary for their organization.

Payment operators and banks — to the extent necessary to process payments.

Website hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.

We keep registration data for the duration of the event, and afterward for the period required by law (including tax regulations) and until claims become time-barred.

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing.

You can exercise these rights by writing to biuro@emeka-sport.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Our camp participants are minors. Children's data is provided to us exclusively by their legal guardians as part of the registration.
