Terms.

The organizer of the camps and events is Emeka Sp. z o.o., Białowiejska 54, 06-100 Pułtusk, KRS 0000864465, NIP 5681626363.

You register using the form on the given event's page. Once you submit your registration, we confirm it to the provided email address and send payment instructions.

The number of places for each event is limited — order is determined by the date the payment is credited.

Payment for the camp is made by bank transfer to the organizer's account:

Once the payment is confirmed, we send a voucher confirming participation in the camp to the provided email address.

All these rules should be read together with the information on the event page.

We accept complaints electronically at info@carlosalcarazcamp.pl. We handle them according to the rules described in the booking documents.

Polish law applies to matters not covered herein.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program for reasons beyond its control, and will inform participants of any such changes on an ongoing basis.
